آيات AYAT.ONE
وَكَاَيِّنۡ مِّنۡ نَّبِىٍّ قٰتَلَ ۙ مَعَهٗ رِبِّيُّوۡنَ كَثِيۡرٌ ۚ فَمَا وَهَنُوۡا لِمَاۤ اَصَابَهُمۡ فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُوۡا وَمَا اسۡتَكَانُوۡا ​ؕ وَاللّٰهُ يُحِبُّ الصّٰبِرِيۡنَ‏ ۝
Wakaayyin min nabiyyin qatalamaAAahu ribbiyyoona katheerun fama wahanoo lima asabahumfee sabeeli Allahi wama daAAufoo wamaistakanoo wallahu yuhibbu assabireen
And how many a prophet fought in battle and with him fought many religious scholars. But they never lost assurance due to what afflicted them in the cause of Allāh, nor did they weaken or submit. And Allāh loves the steadfast.

The Consistency of the Prophets: The steadfastness of past righteous armies.

The Insight

Many prophets fought alongside armies who were not weakened by affliction, who did not lose heart, and who were patient. Seek historical fortitude. Find courage in the example of righteous communities throughout history who maintained their resolve despite immense suffering. Persistence is a hallmark of true faith.
