Surah Al-Ankabut 29:21
يُعَذِّبُ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَنۡ يَّشَآءُ ​ۚ وَاِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُوۡنَ‏  ۝
YuAAaththibu man yashao wayarhamuman yashao wa-ilayhi tuqlaboon
He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned.
