Surah An-Naml 27:82
وَ اِذَا وَقَعَ الۡقَوۡلُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ اَخۡرَجۡنَا لَهُمۡ دَآبَّةً مِّنَ الۡاَرۡضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمۡۙ اَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوۡا بِاٰيٰتِنَا لَا يُوۡقِنُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Wa-itha waqaAAa alqawlu AAalayhimakhrajna lahum dabbatan mina al-arditukallimuhum anna annasa kanoo bi-ayatinala yooqinoon
And when the word i.e., decree befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, saying that the people were, of Our verses, not certain in faith.
