Surah An-Naml 27:23
اِنِّىۡ وَجَدتُّ امۡرَاَةً تَمۡلِكُهُمۡ وَاُوۡتِيَتۡ مِنۡ كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ وَّلَهَا عَرۡشٌ عَظِيۡمٌ‏ ۝
Innee wajadtu imraatan tamlikuhum waootiyatmin kulli shay-in walaha AAarshun AAatheem
Indeed, I found there a woman ruling them, and she has been given of all things, and she has a great throne.
