Surah Ash-Shu'ara 26:208
وَمَاۤ اَهۡلَكۡنَا مِنۡ قَرۡيَةٍ اِلَّا لَهَا مُنۡذِرُوۡنَ​​​​​ ۛ ​ۖ ‏ ۝

And We did not destroy any city except that it had warners
