Surah Al-Furqan 25:48
وَهُوَ الَّذِىۡۤ اَرۡسَلَ الرِّيٰحَ بُشۡرًۢا بَيۡنَ يَدَىۡ رَحۡمَتِهٖ​ۚ وَاَنۡزَلۡنَا مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً طَهُوۡرًا ۙ‏ ۝
Wahuwa allathee arsala arriyahabushran bayna yaday rahmatihi waanzalna mina assama-imaan tahoora
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy i.e., rainfall, and We send down from the sky pure water
