Surah Al-Mu'minun 23:43
مَا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ اُمَّةٍ اَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـاۡخِرُوۡنَؕ‏ ۝
Ma tasbiqu min ommatin ajalahawama yasta/khiroon
No nation will precede its time of termination, nor will they remain thereafter.
