Surah Al-Anbiya 21:45
قُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اُنۡذِرُكُمۡ بِالۡوَحۡىِ ​​ۖ  وَلَا يَسۡمَعُ الصُّمُّ الدُّعَآءَ اِذَا مَا يُنۡذَرُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Qul innama onthirukum bilwahyiwala yasmaAAu assummu adduAAaaitha ma yuntharoon
Say, "I only warn you by revelation." But the deaf do not hear the call when they are warned.
