How can you disbelieve in Allāh when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you back to life, and then to Him you will be returned.

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Cycle of Existence: Reflecting on life, death, and inevitable return.

The Insight

This verse reminds the skeptic of the undeniable cycle: lifeless, granted life, subjected to death, and then resurrected. Contemplate your mortality. When overwhelmed by the trivialities of daily life, remember the short, four-part cycle of existence. This perspective diminishes anxiety over temporary problems and clarifies the real goal: the return to the Creator.
