O you who have believed, spend from that which We have provided for you before there comes a Day in which there is no exchange i.e., ransom and no friendship and no intercession. And the disbelievers - they are the wrongdoers.

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Imperative of Spending: Before the Day of Final Transaction.

The Insight

Believers are commanded to spend their provision in charity before the Day of Judgment arrives, when no ransom, friendship, or intercession will be accepted. Act on charity now. Do not procrastinate on your social duties. Treat your wealth as a temporary trust and use it generously, as its value on Judgment Day will be absolute.
