Surah An-Nahl 16:108
اُولٰۤٮِٕكَ الَّذِيۡنَ طَبَعَ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى قُلُوۡبِهِمۡ وَسَمۡعِهِمۡ وَاَبۡصَارِهِمۡ​ۚ وَاُولٰۤٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡغٰفِلُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Ola-ika allatheena tabaAAaAllahu AAala quloobihim wasamAAihim waabsarihimwaola-ika humu alghafiloon
Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allāh has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless.
