Surah An-Nahl 16:100
اِنَّمَا سُلۡطٰنُهٗ عَلَى الَّذِيۡنَ يَتَوَلَّوۡنَهٗ وَالَّذِيۡنَ هُمۡ بِهٖ مُشۡرِكُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Innama sultanuhu AAalaallatheena yatawallawnahu wallatheena humbihi mushrikoon
His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allāh.
