Surah Al-Hijr 15:8
مَا نُنَزِّلُ الۡمَلٰۤٮِٕكَةَ اِلَّا بِالۡحَـقِّ وَمَا كَانُوۡۤا اِذًا مُّنۡظَرِيۡنَ‏  ۝
Ma nunazzilu almala-ikata illabilhaqqi wama kanoo ithan munthareen
We do not send the angels down except for a just cause, and then ˹the end of˺ the disbelievers will not be delayed.
