Surah Al-Hijr 15:56
قَالَ وَمَنۡ يَّقۡنَطُ مِنۡ رَّحۡمَةِ رَبِّهٖۤ اِلَّا الضَّآلُّوۡنَ‏  ۝
Qala waman yaqnatu min rahmatirabbihi illa addalloon
He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?"
