Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:39
يَمۡحُوۡا اللّٰهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثۡبِتُ ​ۖ ​ۚ وَعِنۡدَهٗۤ اُمُّ الۡكِتٰبِ‏  ۝
Yamhoo Allahu ma yashaowayuthbitu waAAindahu ommu alkitab
Allāh eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
