Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:12
هُوَ الَّذِىۡ يُرِيۡكُمُ الۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفًا وَّطَمَعًا وَّيُنۡشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَ​ۚ‏ ۝
Huwa allathee yureekumu albarqakhawfan watamaAAan wayunshi-o assahaba aththiqal
It is He who shows you lightning, causing fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.
