Surah Hud 11:33
قَالَ اِنَّمَا يَاۡتِيۡكُمۡ بِهِ اللّٰهُ اِنۡ شَآءَ وَمَاۤ اَنۡتُمۡ بِمُعۡجِزِيۡنَ‏  ۝
Qala innama ya/teekum bihi Allahuin shaa wama antum bimuAAjizeen
He said, "Allāh will only bring it to you if He wills, and you will not cause Him failure.
