Surah Yunus 10:96
اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَۙ‏ ۝
Inna allatheena haqqatAAalayhim kalimatu rabbika la yu/minoon
Indeed, those upon whom the word i.e., decree of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,
